  <title>good exercise</title>

  <description>I think that&amp;nbsp;my new diet is really helping me to feel energetic.&amp;nbsp; I got a good worout today.&amp;nbsp; 40 mins on the eliptical and did&amp;nbsp;sit-ups triceps and worked the chest our a little.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was a nice work-out&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I really enjoyed it a lot.&amp;nbsp; I hope next time I enjoy it as much, sometimes its just kills to work-out or even dedicate time to it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I so ready to feel good and flexible and to feel good about myself, and its really all about feeling good and being healthy.&amp;nbsp; I know its tough at first but when I&apos;m down to my goal weight I know that it will mean the world to me.&amp;nbsp; Getting married I gained about the highest was 30 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I&apos;ve taken 7 of that off so really I have about 23 lbs to lose until I&apos;m back to my marriage weight.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I would like to go even further and lose 10-15 from there.&amp;nbsp; I really don&apos;t know whether or not 135 for me would be really healthy but we&apos;ll see its always okay to&amp;nbsp;gain 5&amp;nbsp;lbs from that spot and be 140, 140 is a descent weight for my build.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I never really had an enormous&amp;nbsp;bottom, but in the past&amp;nbsp;year and a half that&apos;s where all the extra lbs have been wanting to go.&amp;nbsp; It would be nice to slim that down along with my tummy and arms.&amp;nbsp; But mostly I would like to feel better and have more energy and think better and have less stress.&amp;nbsp; I think I wouldn&apos;t be so stressed out if I didn&apos;t have so many toxins in my system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Hopefully the next few weeks that I have off of work really give me the time and energy that I really need to spend on myself because its been all about the kids that I teach&amp;nbsp;all year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda&amp;nbsp;</description>

  <title>Getting in shape</title>

  <description>I&apos;m ready to take my life over.&amp;nbsp; I&apos;m sick of succumbing to my temptations, like pie or chocolate or yieling to sleep instead of burning off extra calories.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am still the lovely 174 lbs and have not moved an inch from there because of my lack of willpower.&amp;nbsp; But now its time to have willpower.&amp;nbsp; I invested money in a new scale and in dance dance revolution to lose weight.&amp;nbsp; I think the only reason my husband let me have it is because he has video games he&apos;s bought in the past and this is actually the first video game I&apos;ve bought in my life.&amp;nbsp; Although I must say that I love to play world of warcraft and take it over from my husband for hours.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But pretty much its time for a diet a lot of DDR and some weights to go between there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully that will shrink my waistline a little.&amp;nbsp; I&apos;m worried about being too noisy for my neighbor downstairs though, so I will have to pick a good time to play.&amp;nbsp; Maybe when I don&apos;t see her car in the drive or something like that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda</description>

  <title>Some thoughts</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m brainstorming ways to lose weight that will be easy for me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m thinking I&apos;m going to get dance dance revolution for my hubby&apos;s x-box.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wish I could take Tae Kwon Do and aerobic dance too though.&amp;nbsp; We&apos;ll figure out a way.&amp;nbsp; For now I guess its the dreadmill.&amp;nbsp; There is snow out, and I&apos;m not excited about snow, it drives me crazy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <title>Off track... on track...</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;It is crazy how things can get in the way of your goals.&amp;nbsp; One moment I care then the next minute I don&apos;t.&amp;nbsp; I did well for about a week and then STRESS.&amp;nbsp; Yeah, the S word.&amp;nbsp; I have been having a hard time the past few weeks.&amp;nbsp; Bosses telling me the world of things to do.&amp;nbsp; Always seems I can&apos;t do anything right.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its starting to get to me and I feel so suffocated like I can&apos;t survive.&amp;nbsp; Luckily though we get two weeks off work coming up and I get some me time just to take care of me.&amp;nbsp; With all this paperwork and children who need help... it can make a person feel a touch crazy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m working through this, goin to get myself back in perspective.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wish I had a friend who wanted to do this with me, whose eyes were set on the same goals and enjoyed doing the same kind of exercise.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <title>My new work-out journal</title>

  <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=&quot;#800080&quot; size=&quot;4&quot;&gt;Coolness!&amp;nbsp; I now have a work-out journal online.&amp;nbsp; Now people can find out how good I am doing with my goals.&amp;nbsp; How exciting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pretty much, I want to lose at least ten pounds by New Years day if not a couple more.&amp;nbsp; From then on I want to continue in a healthy direction of losing weight.&amp;nbsp; I want to strengthen myself and lower my cholesterol.&amp;nbsp; I also hope to be a part of walkathons, 5ks, and other kinds of events.&amp;nbsp; I would be really happy to participate in sports as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am looking forward and hoping I end up in the right place.&amp;nbsp; To be at a healthy weight I need to lose 30-35 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I&apos;ll get there.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amanda&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
